Your child’s first visit to the dentist should be fun!!  The American Dental Association (ADA), American Academy of Pediatric Dentists (AAPD), and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommend that your child see the dentist when his or her first tooth erupts.  Routine checkups and cleanings should be done every 6 months. It is not uncommon for children to be apprehensive for their first trip to the dentist.  Using the "tell, show, do" technique, our team strives to make your little one feel special and look forward to future dental visits.
